FAQ

GENERAL QUESTIONS

What are the driving directions to Bass Canyon?

Enter this address into your directions app:
754 Silica Rd NW
George, WA 98848

NOTE: If you are searching for the venue on a maps app, make sure to pick “The Gorge Amphitheatre.” Don’t head toward “The Gorge” up near Canada, it happens to someone every year!

WHAT TIME DOES BASS CANYON START & END?

  • The campgrounds open Wednesday, August 14th at 1pm.
  • All Thursday Pre-Party attendees must purchase Pre-Party tickets separately from Bass Canyon Admission and Camping Passes. Doors open at around dusk.
  • Friday through Sunday, Amphitheatre Doors open at 2pm.
  • All campers must leave The Gorge Campgrounds by no later than 12PM on Monday, Aug 19th.

CAN I ENTER, LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE AMPHITHEATRE?

Yes, all guests may re-enter the Amphitheatre throughout the festival.

Are there age restrictions at Bass Canyon?

Yes, all Bass Canyon guests must be 18 years old to attend and 21 to purchase and drink alcohol. See Age/ID questions below for more information.

WILL YOU BE POSTING SET TIMES IN ADVANCE?

Yes, they will be released on the Bass Canyon Festival App in the days leading up to the event.

ARE SINGLE DAY TICKETS AVAILABLE?

Nope! Bass Canyon is a 3-day festival focused on making connections with your fellow Headbangers. Stay a while!

Can non-camping Bass Canyon ticket holders attend the Thursday pre-party?

Yes. To attend the Thursday Pre-Party, make sure you purchase both 3-day festival admission AND the Thursday Pre-party ticket.

HOW DOES PARKING WORK?

Every vehicle that parks overnight must have a CAMPING pass. There is no auxiliary parking for overnight vehicles.

Day parking is offered free to all festival attendees, however, this lot must be cleared immediately after the Amphitheatre closes each night or your vehicle will be towed.

WHERE ARE THE CLOSEST AIRPORTS?

We recommend flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac). From there your best option is to book a shuttle and ride with other festival goers at Bus.com (See SHUTTLES for details). You can also rent a car and drive. The drive time from SeaTac to The Gorge is around 3 hours and it’s incredibly scenic!

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?

Yes, please email [email protected] for more information.

Will there be charging lockers?

Yes, you can reserve a charging locker closer to the festival dates, keep an eye on our emails and social media for when they become available!
