If the festival does not sell out, tickets will be available at the box office on show date at a higher price.
Do not buy tickets from ticket scalpers! There's a reason "scalper" rhymes with "scammer." We can only guarantee entry to valid tickets.
How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?
- Log into your Bass Canyon Front Gate Tickets Account
- Click on Order History and find the order to transfer
- Update the Shipping Information for the new guest’s name, email, and shipping address details
- The last day to transfer tickets is July 15th
IF I BUY A RESALE GA TICKET AND SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME IS ON THE RECEIPT, IS IT STILL OK TO USE THEM EVEN IF THE NAME DOESN’T MATCH?
Yes, assuming the ticket is valid and unscanned! Do not trust 3rd parties as they can scam you by selling fake tickets or selling tickets that have already been scanned. To buy or sell verified authentic tickets, visit the Bass Canyon Official Ticket Exchange.
MY WRISTBAND IS LOST OR DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If you are at the festival already, head to the Box Office during open hours. Please note there may be a fee assessed for replacement wristbands.
We highly encourage you to register your Bass Canyon wristband to secure your investment and to tie it to you!
Plus when you register, you will automatically be entered to win one of 5 tickets to Bass Canyon 2024!
Wristband registration will be available after they have shipped, closer to the festival date.
Lost/Stolen/Tampered with wristbands are subject to a $50 replacement fee if a replacement is authorized by festival staff.

We can deactivate the original wristbands and set up new ones for you at will call pick-up at the Box Office.
All sales are final and non-exchangeable. Tickets are non-transferrable.
Bass Canyon is held outdoors and is RAIN or SHINE barring extreme weather conditions.

All Bass Canyon event admission wristbands will be mailed to guests in the US and Canada. International guests will pick up their event wristbands from will call at the Bass Canyon Box Office.
Shipping tracking information will be emailed from Front Gate Tickets when your package is on the way.
For your safety and convenience, all Camping/vehicle passes and Thursday Pre-Party Tickets will be Digital PrintPasses. Only GA and VIP admission wristbands will be sent in the mail.
All digital tickets will be emailed to the address you provided at the time of purchase. You will receive one email with all digital tickets included as a separate attachment. Each admission ticket is valid for the event entry of one (1) person only. Each camping pass is valid for one (1) vehicle/campsite only. Each attachment/barcode can only be scanned one time for proper campground Pre-Party entry.
Note a Camping pass or Thursday Pre-Party ticket does not solely grant entry. A separate Bass Canyon admission wristband is also required for entry. All vehicles and persons are subject to search upon entry.

Digital Ticket Tips
- You may either present your digital mobile ticket(s) or bring a printed copy.
- Cell service may be limited, so take a screenshot of your ticket’s barcode in case you have trouble connecting.
- Have your Camping pass / Pre-Party tickets ready with your phone brightness turned all the way up before reaching the scanner.
