18+ AGE VERIFICATION CHECK & WRISTBAND
All Bass Canyon attendees must be age 18+ and complete an 18+ age verification ID check at The Pivot before entering the festival. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age at The Pivot during these hours.
18+ ID CHECK HOURS:
- 1pm – 8pm – Wednesday
- 12pm – 8pm – Thursday
- 12pm – 8pm – Friday
After check in at The Pivot, you will receive a 18+ wristband to wear for the entire weekend. When approaching the Main Festival Gates:
- Present your 18+ wristband
- Proceed through Security checkpoint
- Scan your festival admission wristband at the Amphitheatre entrance!
NOTE: This is separate and different from any 21+ age verification for alcoholic beverages. IDs will still need to be presented at all bars inside the Amphitheatre and The Pivot for drinking.
ARRIVAL UPDATE
Active construction on the I-90 Vantage Bridge may cause traffic delays and lane closures.
Please allow extra travel time and arrive as early as possible.
The following arrival times are recommended:
- Wednesday starting at 1PM
- Thursday before 1PM or after 9PM
- Friday before 1pm
During campground entry, all occupants must exit the vehicle while security conducts vehicle and personal screening. searches your vehicle and your person at camping check-in, and camping entry times may be delayed.
The Gorge will utilize enhanced security measures, including firearm detection canines, throughout the weekend.

TICKET & WRISTBAND DELIVERY
GENERAL & VIP ADMISSION WRISTBANDS:
All Bass Canyon event admission wristbands ordered through August 4, 2026 have been shipped! Shipping tracking information will be emailed from Front Gate Tickets when your package is on the way!
If you have not received your wristbands in the mail, please visit the box office upon arrival during open hours for assistance.
Confirm your order by logging into your Bass Canyon Front Gate Tickets account.
Orders placed August 5th or later can be picked up at Will Call only with a photo ID by the original purchaser.
Interested in upgrading from General Admission to VIP? You can do so at the box office! Simply bring your GA wristband to the box office and pay the difference in price to headbang VIP style!
CAMPING & THURSDAY PRE-PARTY PASSES:
You should have already received your digital Camping pass and/or Thursday Pre-Party admission ticket(s) via email from Front Gate Tickets (check spam folder).
If you still can’t find your digital ticket, sign-in to your Bass Canyon Front Gate Tickets account to obtain and re-send to yourself.
If you still need passes: Get Pre-Party Passes here or Camping Passes here!
EVENT ENTRY
For Thursday Pre-Party Admission:
- Mobile or printed tickets accepted
- Download or screenshot your barcode before arrival
- Increase screen brightness before scanning
- One ticket / barcode is per person
- Thursday Pre-Party passes DO NOT solely grant entry. A separate festival admission wristband is also required.
- NO Re-Entry for the Thursday Pre-Party
- 18+ wristband also required for entry
For Festival Admission:
- Wear your festival admission wristband securely ALL weekend
- Scan your wristband each time you enter the Amphitheatre
- One wristband is per person and valid for that access level only
- Wristbands are non-transferrable and void if tampered or removed
- $50 Wristband replacement fee for lost/damaged wristbands
- 18+ wristband also required for entry
- Present government-issued ID at the Pivot to receive an
- 18+ wristband
- Gates open at 2pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Once you are close to the venue, start looking for signage along the highway indicating where to exit to access the venue.
Overnight parking requires a CAMPING pass. There is no auxiliary parking for overnight vehicles.
Free Day Parking is available. Vehicles must exit when the Amphitheatre closes each night.
BOX OFFICE HOURS & LOCATION
The Amphitheatre Box Office can provide event ticket assistance, ticket sales, will call, VIP upgrades, wristband replacements, and other customer service.
2026 Gorge Amphitheatre Box Office and Ticket Help Hours:
Wednesday, August 12th: 1pm-10pm
Thursday, August 13th: 11am-11pm
Friday, August 14th: 11am-11pm
Saturday, August 15th: 11am-11pm
Sunday, August 16th: 11am-8pm
The Camping Box Office can only assist with Camping Passes and other camping-related concerns.
Camping Box Office Hours:
Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 1pm thru Sunday, August 16th at 10pm
Lost/Stolen/Tampered with wristbands are subject to a $50 replacement fee if a replacement is authorized by festival staff.

Security
Be sure you know what’s prohibited in both the Campgrounds and the Amphitheatre. All individuals and vehicles will be searched upon entrance.
AMPHITHEATRE BAG POLICY
Permitted Bags
- CLEAR bags up to 12″ x 12″ x 6″
- Camelbaks and hydration packs
- Small non-clear small clutches, fanny packs or purses smaller than 6″x9″ are OK.
Not Permitted
- Backpacks larger than a Camelbak.
- Tinted or iridescent bags

VENUE RE-ENTRY
Re-entry into the venue is permitted for all GA & VIP festival goers on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
*No re-entry for the Thursday Pre-Party
There is no re-entry or vehicle ins-and-outs of the Campgrounds.

BASS CANYON IS A CASHLESS EVENT
Bass Canyon is primarily cashless. Most vendors accept debit/credit cards only. Cash-to-card kiosks are available near the ATMs inside the Amphitheatre.
